Neighbourhood Fitness is not just a place where you come to workout, it's a place to feel supported by everybody around you while working towards your goals, as everybody is there for the same thing, to create the version of themselves they want to be! We believe there is no one size fits all approach, instead we advise you on how to figure out whats best for you, and give you the advice and accountability that you need to smash those goals!

We understand that not everybody wants to be pushed by an angry trainer with a whistle. That is why we make sure fitness classes are filled with enjoyment while making sure that you also work hard! With a vast and ever-growing list of workouts that we can use, every class will feel different. Be it HIIT, strength, core, functional and more, you will always be kept on your toes with what is in store each week!
